ReturnsI want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We will refund your purchase price (excluding any applicable shipping costs) within 14 days from when received if you are not pleased with your sea glass jewelry. The item must not be damaged. I, unfortunately, cannot issue a refund for an item that has wear and tear, which is why I set the return date for 14 days from the product's arrival. I will accept returns for a refund, credit, or merchandise exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Please contact me with a brief explanation of your reason for the return and we will give you instructions on where to return the item! Also, I understand package theft has become more and more problematic. Unfortunately, I cannot replace or refund any package that was stolen, UNLESS, it was lost in transit via the carrier.

What does it mean if there are no rings for sale on the website? For now, I am not necessarily doing drops (I will probably be doing drops later on, but I will announce those). It is more so first come first serve as I usually only have one of each ring. If there are no rings for sale, don't fret! I am probably in the process of finding more silverware to make for you and it shouldn't be too long until there are more.

How do I know my ring size?I use traditional US ring sizes, including half sizes, so if you have a size other than US, just convert it online! If you don't know your size or don't have a sizer, you can wrap a string around your finger as tight as you want the ring to be, and record the length of the string in either inches or millimeters.

Sustainable PackagingSustainability is at the heart of every detail, including our packaging. Every piece is carefully wrapped in materials that are either recyclable or reusable, minimizing waste while protecting your jewelry. The shipping envelope is designed for a second life—simply tear off the first layer, put your shipping label over the first one, and use it again. Your jewelry comes in a muslin drawstring bag made from 100% organic cotton, which is biodegradable and perfect for reuse. The box and protective stuffing are made from recycled materials, ensuring your order arrives safely without harming the planet. Even the ink used for our stamped designs is eco-friendly, made from algae ink, a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based inks. Thoughtful choices like these allow us to share the beauty of the earth while keeping it clean for future generations. Not familiar with algae ink? Check this link out! https://www.livingink.co/

Why Sea Glass?Ever since I started making jewelry, I always found sea glass to be mesmerizing. They make beautiful pieces of art and jewelry, and I knew I wanted to incorporate it either in a drop or selling full-time. The only issue is I live in North Dakota, so finding seaglass is, well, not possible here. The reason I love using sea glass in my jewelry is that I am not only cleaning up beaches but recycling items for more people to get use of. This is why I prefer finding it myself and not simply buying it, as you never know if it's pure or not. That being said, after this sea glass drop is sold out, I am not sure when the next one will be as I am unsure when I will be traveling to a tropical destination again :(

Why does my ring look 'foggy'?Being that all the sea glass used in my jewelry is found right on the beach of Ho'okipa, Maui, the sea glass will have scuffs from being tumbled in the ocean. Sea Glass is weathered by sand, salt, and other elements of the seas, causing the sharp edges of the glass objects to disappear, giving way to a smooth, polished surface and a frosty appearance. That being said, I have washed all the sea glass I found and applied a small layer of coconut oil to the gem to give it a beautiful shine. So, if you are someone like me who showers/swims/adventures with all my rings on, feel free to lightly clean the ring with soap and water, and apply a light layer of coconut oil on top to give it back its shine.

Can I get it resized if it doesn't fit?Unfortunately, as of now, any sea glass ring cannot be resized due to it being made to order. If you are truly unsatisfied with your ring or jewelry piece, kindly email me and we can work something out.

Can I return my ring?If you find your ring is not suitable for your desire or needs, you can ship it back to me within 14 days of it arriving to you. The refund will be strictly the price of the ring itself, not the taxes or shipping costs. Please also understand that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

My sea glass piece fell out, now what?Although the sea glass should be quite secured in the ring, I understand accidents happen. If your piece were to fall out, shoot me an email or contact me on my contact form about the next steps. I will be happy to have it shipped back to me for fixing :). The only cost to you will be the shipping costs. If you, for whatever reason, cannot afford the return costs, please email me and I can see what I can do for you! Same applies to earrings, necklces, etc

What metals do you use?All metals used for Sea Glass rings will either be 0.925 Sterling Silver or 14k Gold-filled. Please understand that Gold Filled will be much more expensive than Sterling Silver due to current metal costs. My pieces are crafted with durable materials, but how you love and care for them will greatly impact their longevity. Ideally, jewelry should be removed before contact with water, chemicals, or lotions. I get that this can be a hassle—I’m someone who never takes mine off, whether I’m showering, swimming, or hiking—but if you want your rings to last, I’d recommend showing them a little extra care. Take the time to research the stones in your pieces and get to know them. Wearing 'terragem' jewelry is a way of keeping the earth close, so let's care for it. Silver and 14k gold-filled naturally oxidizes and tarnishes when exposed to air, but frequent wear allows your skin’s natural oils to help maintain its polish. When not in use, storing your jewelry in an airtight container can slow the tarnishing process. To clean and re-polish, use a gentle soap and a toothbrush, then finish with a polishing cloth to restore the shine. Sea glass may also develop a slight fog over time—if that happens, simply wash it gently and apply a thin layer of coconut oil to bring back its luster temporarily.

Why dont you sell more Gold rings?Due to the continuously rising cost of gold, I am currently unable to financially sustain the purchase of gold materials. As much as I would love to offer an all-gold ring collection—being a gold enthusiast myself—it is not a viable option for my small business at this time. However, I hope that as my business grows and demand increases, I will be able to expand my offerings to include more gold options for all my fellow gold lovers. Thank you for your understanding and support!
